We pride ourselves on operating ethically and fairly at all times, keeping our eye on the customer and their needs, providing the necessary support and guidance necessary and ensuring we are working collaboratively and strategically with our partners who share an incumbency in the account. Our partners play a highly valuable and integral role for customers, therefore it’s always our preference that wherever possible, deals are procured via our partners.
Like all rules, there are always exceptions. And there will be rare instances where a customer may decide to establish and manage their data centre environment directly. We have an obligation to respect the customer’s decision, however we always explore whether there is an opportunity for a deal to go via a partner.
